Returns and refunds

We accept return requests within 14 days after you receive your order. All products currently sold by mataunion are eligible for returns, including change-of-mind returns and returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Return conditions

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in the condition received, and in its original packaging, with any included accessories. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase. These condition requirements do not exclude a claim about an item that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to request a return

Email yinxinlei2016@gmail.com within the 14-day return window with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please describe the issue and include photos if available. Contact us before mailing your return so that we can identify your order and provide return instructions.

Return shipping and fees

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for both change-of-mind returns and returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Return postage is paid to the shipping carrier; the amount depends on the carrier and service selected. We do not provide a free prepaid return label.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds

For an eligible return, we initiate the refund to your original payment method immediately upon receiving the returned item. The refund covers the returned product amount paid and any applicable refundable tax; original shipping charges are excluded as stated above. We will notify you when the refund is initiated. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit; immediate processing by us does not mean immediate availability in your account.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, request a return under this policy and place a separate order for the replacement.
